Directions For SynthaLean: As a dietary supplement, take one (1) capsule to assess tolerance. Once tolerance is assessed, take one (1) capsule two (2) times per day thirty (30) minutes prior to meals with eight (8) ounces of water. For high tolerance uses, two (2) capsules can be taken. Never exceed two (2) capsules in a twenty-four (24) hour period. To avoid sleeplessness, do not consume within four (4) hours of bedtime.
