Take one capsule 30 min before workout. After assessing tolerance experienced users may increase to two capsules 30 min before workout. PHENADRINE is also an amazing fat burner! If taking for fat loss only, take one capsule in the morning or early afternoon. Do not exceed two capsules of Phenadrine a day under any circumstances. Take at least 2 days off Phenadrine every week.

Keep out of reach of children. Not for use by individuals under the age of 20. Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you have or have a family history of any of the following: high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, liver, kidney or thyroid diseases, any kind of heart problem including but not limited to arrhythmia and angina persistent headaches, any variation of nervousness, anxiety, depression or any other psychiatric condition, seizures, stroke or problem with vascular system, or Parkinson's disease. Do not use if you are using an MAOI or any other supplement or drug containing stimulants including but not limited to pseudo-ephedrine, ephedrine, phenylpropanolamine (found in many cough and cold medications), allergy and asthma medications. Do not take with any other weight loss products or products containing any stimulants including but not limited to coffee. Exceeding recommended dose may cause adverse health effects. Discontinue use and contact your physician immediately if you experience rapid heartbeat, dizziness, shortness of breath, severe headache or any other sensation that may be unusual or abnormal. Do not use this supplement in excessive heat (temperature) conditions. Keep ouy of reach of children. Before beginning any program of weight management, consult your health care practitioner.
